Oct 29, 2025I had an excellent experience at this dental office! The doctor is truly the best — very methodical, knowledgeable, and thorough in everything she does. The staff are highly competent and friendly. Dr. Chung takes the time to explain each step and ensures you’re comfortable throughout the visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about his patients and takes great pride in her work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy dentist!

The front desk staff are so kind and welcoming, and the hygienists are gentle but thorough. My dentist takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers questions with patience, and never makes me feel rushed!

Aug 14, 2025If you want exceptional dentistry from the nicest Doctor and hygienists, then go here. You will feel comforted, heard, and respected. Everything will be explained in simple words to you, and you won't be overwhelmed or pressured to do anything you're not comfortable with. No scare tactics, no rushing, and the staff are willing to take their time to give you the best possible outcome. When I go here I feel like I'm treated like a human being, not a test-subject or a cash-grab. I'm very happy to have Dr. Chang as my dentist, she has helped be manage and conquer several dental complications. Her hygienists and front-desk staff are exceptional, they work extremely hard to give you the best service for the best price, and work diligently to help you understand and work through any issues with insurance companies. I have been to several other dentists in this area, and May Creek is best in all respects, so save your time and try here first.

May 06, 2025The staff are friendly and welcoming. The assistant is very friendly and she explains everything in detail. The Dentist Michelle Chang was very friendly, she explained things in detail. There was no long wait, they took me back right away. Made sure I was comfortable and the dental office is clean. They worked with me scheduling future appointments. Very professional, positive, and friendly environment.

The entire team definitely lived up to the reviews! Shawna was my dental hygienist and she did an amazing job cleaning my teeth! Nov 11, 2020I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years and I was a little nervous. Shauna was my hygienist and she immediately made me feel at ease with her sweet and patient demeanor and kindness. She spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough! She also commented that she loves working there and she feels appreciated, which I think says a lot about a business and their management. Dr. Lee was kind and very thorough as well. I'm happy to have been checked out my the whole team and I've already made me appointment to return in 6 months.

They are so nice, so accommodating and my teeth are so much better because of them!! We moved 25 miles away and we still go to see them. My three children, now adults, still go to May Creek family dentistry. Thank you to them for all the years they have taken great care of our teeth!

Oct 22, 2020This was our first visit to Dr. Lee's office and found the staff and Dr. Lee extremely friendly and concerned for our well-being in light of Covid-19. My husband and I visited at the same time and found our hygienists, I believe their names are Carey and Shawn to be extremely knowledgeable and completed the cleaning with thoroughness and kindness. We have already recommended Dr. Lee to our daughter and son-in-law for their next visit. They are highly recommended.

I enthusiastically recommend his practice to anyone seeking a competent, gentle and ethical dentist! Review #2: With just one day notice, Dr Lee fit me into his schedule to inspect and correct a small chip that developed on an aging crown that was about 10 years old. The next day I was in and out in about 20 minutes - the minor repair was all fixed with a smile and a handshake. Totally professional! Of course Dr Steve is the choice for our extended family . . .

Dec 11, 2017Dr. Steven R. Lee and his staff at May Creek Family Dentistry have been our dental care providers for several decades. They are very professional, thorough, and friendly. Dr. Lee and staff are also very gentle. No member of our family has ever reported any discomfort with procedures in the many years of cleaning, fillings, crowns, or other work. Before we met Dr. Lee (and for a brief period when we lived in another state), we had other dentists that recommended unnecessary work to increase their billings. Even though such work may have been covered by insurance, Dr. Lee is very conservative and recommends what needs to be done and carefully watches developing problems but doesn't act prematurely. I can highly recommend Dr. Lee and his staff at May Creek Family Dentistry.

Miss Carrie is fantastic and always cheerful. The office staff are very friendly from the time you walk into the door until you stand at the desk preparing for the next visit. Oct 18, 2017Dr. Lee and his staff were wonderful. They took me back on time, explained everything they were going to do, answered all of my questions and then did it painlessly. Mr crowns look great and most important they feel natural. Dr. Lee also uses digital xrays, which are quck and easy to read. They also reduce the amount of xrays you are exposed to. I highly recommend Dr. Lee.

Now, I am Lucky enough to have Dr. Lee as my Dentist for the past 20 years. Dr. Lee and his staff of wonderful ladies, ( Mara, Debbie, Julie at the front desk and all the rest ) are very knowledgeable and very concerned about the welfare of his patients. I really cannot say enough about how they all make me feel like family. We are so fortunate to have this caliber of Dentistry in our area and my smile says it all. My son recommended Dr. Lee and both my husband and I followed that recommendation and have never looked back. Not only is Dr. Lee a wonderful, caring, gentle practioner, he has a truly great staff. From the technicians to those at the front desk, they are really great to deal with. I'm happy, my husband is happy.....Every visit is as pleasant an experience as possible, no matter what needs to be done.

Sep 17, 2017I will call and schedule my next cleaning with the other hygienist as she provides a more soothing and comfortable service in my experience. Likely it is more experience and practice. This is my preference not any "complaint" about the hygienist who provided my cleaning in August. I do recommend Dr Lee's practice often to family and colleagues!

Aug 09, 2017Dr Lee began taking care of my children when they were each 3 yr olds. They are now 37 & 33. My husband & I switched over to this office when our dentist retired. The hygienists are great. The assistants are great. The front desk staff are great. But I really knew we had chosen a great office, the first time I had a procedure done by the Dr. He's concerned, knowledgeable, gentle, & easy going. I can easily recommend this office as a 5 star office!
